DELDOR, LLC GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent to Deldor Day Spa that you are at least 18 years of age, or you will have a legal guardian accept the Terms & Conditions on your behalf.

 

TREATMENT PACKAGES:

Package Policies: Packages are only valid for a set number of treatments.  Treatments cannot be transferred to any other party. Cancellation: Upon inception, your package cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred; regardless of side effects, treatment results, or changes in personal circumstances.  No Shows: Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that Deldor Day Spa requires notification by 5pm the day prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur a $25.00 automatic cancellation or No Show fee if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged to the account associated with the client. You will not be eligible to use package treatments until all fees have been paid in full. Payment Processing: You understand that Deldor, LLC will handle all payment processing.  You hereby authorize Deldor, LLC to charge your credit card for the purpose of paying said payment(s), including any late fees or service fees from the account associated with you.

NO RESULT IS GUARANTEED:

I understand that results will vary. Additional treatments may be obtained at an additional price. I clearly understand that my payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement and not for any specific result.

 

LASER HAIR REMOVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Laser hair removal treatments may be spaced between 4-6 weeks apart, based on clinical standards determined by Deldor Day Spa.  Treatment areas are not commutable and cannot be interchanged.  By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you verify that you agree that: (a) you have consulted with a Deldor Spa representative and you have the opportunity to discuss your questions; (b) you understand that results are NOT guaranteed and most clients can experience hair reduction of up to 80% with a completed series of laser hair removal treatments, but that individual results cannot be predicted and the effectiveness of your treatments may be greatly diminished by a number of factors beyond Deldor’s control, including but not limited to, UV light exposure prior to or after treatment, pregnancy, natural hormonal changes, medications you are now taking or may take in the future, and your diligence in completing the recommended treatment schedule; (c) you understand what to expect from your treatments including the possibility that you may not achieve the desired results or that you may experience side effects including, but not limited to, hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin), hypopigmentation (lightening of the skin), minor burns, temporary redness, follicular edema (pink/red “puffiness” and small bumps like “goosebumps”), and swelling and itching; (d) you understand that your package cannot be canceled or refunded because you experience side effects or the lack of desired results.

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER CREDIT POLICY:
Your payment is based on purchasing the number of treatments. The refund is based on unused treatments not based on unused time or results. Laser Hair Removal Series – Your payment is based on purchasing 6 treatments. We reserve the right when to treat you and how many times to treat you. If you receive 6 treatments, no refund is due. All refund prorating will be based on unused treatments. There is no prorating for time. If you purchased a package of 6 and received only 4 treatments in 8 months and request a refund. You have 2 unused treatments left. A prorated refund will be given for 2 unused treatments, NOT based on the remaining time.

 

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL SERVICES AND WANT A REFUND:
You WILL BE charged FULL PRICE PER TREATMENT of the procedure. All discounts (e.g. monthly specials) and credits issued when you bought the service will be lost. Service will be prorated using price per treatment. If you earned a special discount credit – this will be LOST if you cancel/break this agreement. A prorated balance will be refunded

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL SERVICES AND DON’T WANT A REFUND BUT WANT TO TRANSFER CREDIT TO ANOTHER PACKAGE:
You will be charged the price per treatment based on your package. The credit balance will be used towards the new package. (Credit expires 90 days from new purchase).

 

IF YOU DON’T SEE RESULTS AFTER 1 YEAR OF TREATMENTS FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL: 

– NO REFUND is due. You can buy a new package for additional sessions and maintenance.

 

IF YOU ARE BURNED OR HAVE ADVERSE EVENT:

– NO REFUND is due. This is part of the risk of the procedure and was explained to you when you signed the contract. Our goal is to eliminate/minimize the risk of burn or any other adverse event, but we want to be upfront with you so you can make a well informed educated decision.

 

FEES:
No Show Fee – ​$25. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment
Cancellation Fee -​$25. If you cancel the appointment without giving us a 24-hr. notice
 

 REFUND POLICY:

Our laser skin treatments are non-refundable. We are unable to offer a refund once you begin your treatments.

 

PRICING AND SERVICES:

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change pricing and/or services without notice.
